1. Order Processing Time

As we operate on a print-on-demand model, each item is created specifically for you after the order is placed. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Processing times may vary based on product type, quantity, and demand. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer various shipping options to provide flexibility for our customers. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are presented during the checkout process. Please note that the estimated delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, the destination address, and the weight of the items in your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

4. International Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure to provide a secure delivery address, and consider using a shipping option that provides package tracking and delivery confirmation.
